Park Place has been transformed into Parkville's premiere venue for any type of event you are holding. It is an upscale contemporary event space with seating for up to 200 guests. Capacity: The hall can seat up to 200 guests comfortably for dinner and dancing.

Monday - Thursday  $1450

Friday & Saturday    $2900

Sunday                  $1950

At the time of contract signing half the rental fee is due to secure your date. The remaining balance is due14 days prior to the event.

 

Class Reunions, Birthday Parties, Corporate Event, Showers, etc... Call for pricing.

Timing:
Setup can begin at Noon the day of the event.

You're allowed six hours of actual event time.

Extended hours can be purchased for $350 per hour.

Post-event we allow one-hour for vendor breakdown.

Bar Options: One of our big selling points is you are allowed to bring in your own alcohol. This can save thousands of dollars and negates the cost of expensive in-house bartending.
