Park Place has been transformed into Parkville's premiere venue for any type of event you are holding. It is an upscale contemporary event space with seating for up to 200 guests. At the time of contract signing half the rental fee is due to secure your date. The remaining balance is due14 days prior to the event.

Setup can begin at Noon the day of the event.
You're allowed six hours of actual event time.
Extended hours can be purchased for $350 per hour.
Post-event we allow one-hour for vendor breakdown.
